This course is aimed at Estate Agents and Property Developers that want to master their property photography and editing skills.

It comprises two elements:

On Site Shoot Workshop (1 hour)

You provide the venue and bring your camera, any lenses, flash, tripod (we need to know the model(s) in advance).

We provide the workshop, showing you how to shoot different rooms with and without flash inside and out.

We cover:

• Lenses needed
• ISO
• F-Stop
• Shutter Speed
• Focus Modes
• White Balance
• Positioning your camera for the best angle / presentation of each room
• When to use flash
• How to make best use of natural and room lighting
• When to use a tripod
• How to reduce distractions
• Coping with mirrors and reflective surfaces

Training in Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop (2.5 hours)

Based at our offices in Longton, Preston, Lancashire or a meeting / training room of your choice.

Using the photos taken in the Workshop, we then pull them into Lightroom and where necessary Photoshop and show you how to:

• Crop to size
• Improve contrast
• Boost Shadows
• Fix Highlights
• Fix colour balance
• Remove marks on walls, ceilings and furniture etc
• Create masks and edit objects in isolation
• Change focus depth of field
• Blur out objects, faces, car registration plates
• Replace the sky
• Flag and export your chosen edited photos to the right size and aspect ratio for your website / brochures.

The course is £375 for two people. Additional delegates £60 per person.
